Deposit to J-Hela

Option 1: Using J-Hela App

1. On the JHELA homepage click the button written deposit from MPESA
2. Put the amount you wish to deposit and submit (depositing Kshs. 100 and below is free)
3. Put your MPESA PIN and submit

Option 2: Using a phone without smartphone features

1. On your phone go to M-PESA
2. Go to Lipa na M-PESA
3. Click on PAYBILL
4. Enter 140100 as the business number
5. Enter your phone number which you used in registering Jhela as the account number.
6. Enter the amount you wish to deposit (depositing Kshs. 100 and below is free)
7. Put your MPESA PIN (The money will be deposited to your JHELA current account)

Withdraw from J-Hela

Option 1: Using JHELA APP
A. Withdrawing to MPESA
1. On your JHELA home-screen click the Withdraw to MPESA button
2. Put amount and submit

B. Withdrawing to Bank
1. On your JHELA home-screen click the Send to Bank button
2. On the first box select Equity bank
3. On the second box enter your Equity account number
4. Put the account name and amount; then submit

Option 2: Using a Phone without Smartphone Features

1. Dial *483*39#
2. Put your JHELA PIN
3. Choose Option (1) Withdraw to MPESA.
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw then confirm
5. You will receive two notification SMS’s showing the withdrawal
